Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed the following Sunday.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Some items ship directly from our overseas supply partners, which is why delivery takes longer than at a local retailer. We would rather tell you this clearly up front than surprise you after you have paid.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, public holidays, and courier backlogs can add time.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Any free shipping thresholds will be shown in your cart before you pay.

Split shipments

If your order contains items from different supply partners, they may arrive separately and on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the item cost but not the shipping.

Delays

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, contact [EMAIL] and we will investigate or refund you in full.
