These terms apply to the YAHIVO online store. YAHIVO is currently preparing for launch and is not accepting product orders while its supplier, delivery, returns, and business registration details are being verified.

1. Store information

YAHIVO is an online storefront operating from the United Arab Emirates. Before sales are enabled, the store will display the merchant's verified legal name, trade licence details, business address, and tax registration number where applicable. 2. Products and fulfilment

Products may be manufactured or dispatched by approved production and fulfilment partners. YAHIVO remains the seller responsible to the customer for products purchased through this store and for resolving delivery, quality, and refund issues.

YAHIVO will not knowingly offer counterfeit goods or products using unverified third-party trademarks, logos, artwork, photographs, or other protected material. Unless expressly stated with evidence of authorisation, products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any football club, sports federation, vehicle manufacturer, or other third party.

3. Product information and images

We aim to describe products accurately. Supplier-authorised images may be representative, and minor variations in colour, print placement, and garment measurements can occur. A variation does not remove your rights where the delivered item is faulty, materially different from its description, or otherwise non-conforming.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, and other charges collected by YAHIVO will be shown before checkout is completed. Payment is subject to the terms and security checks of the payment provider.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when YAHIVO confirms dispatch, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a fulfilment partner cannot supply the product, fraud is suspected, delivery is unavailable, or a genuine pricing or listing error occurred. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in full.

6. Availability and delivery

Products will be made available only after supplier stock and service terms have been verified. Processing and delivery estimates shown before purchase form part of the order information, subject to reasonable carrier delays and applicable law.

7. Returns and refunds

The Returns and Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the store's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Payment information is processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAHIVO is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing limits liability or consumer remedies where limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any mandatory consumer forum or remedy available to you remains unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these terms before accepting new orders. The version shown when an order is accepted applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
